Just wanted to address this quickly. I'm not going to deny any internet rumours. I find it kind of fun to go along with them, actually. If you want to convince yourself that I use the missile glitch, please feel free. I have no idea who you are, and you don't know who I am. We've certainly never played together. Like I said, I certainly won't deny anything. Such rumours aren't worth denying.

I'm very confused. There is a learderboard for N7 ranking and a leaderboard for challenge points, but I do not see a leaderboard for skill.

Kook still believes that N7 equals skill, so he treats the N7 leaderboard as the "skill" leaderboard.

Even though that's blatantly false, he just refuses to admit it. He's just that stubborn.

Whichever it is, I'm sure it has nothing to do with the histrionics that ensue every single time he brings up his astronomical N7 score.

You're absolutely right. You're not playing the game if you're missile glitching.

I read your explanation of the build and I still think it's terrible. Not taking Durability and Pierce lowers your cooldown by merely 0.5 seconds with a light loadout like that. And taking the magazine mod on the Acolyte over a damage barrel makes it even worse. Your build is bad and you should feel bad. 

Low-manifest players are the only ones who would really benefit from Pierce, if you're using an Acolyte (already ignores armor DR) and a Hurricane with the piercing mod (assuming the mod is maxed), the benefit from Pierce's armor weakening is so minimal I'd take the recharge speed any day over it.

As for the increased armor/barrier damage, Warp does sh!t damage to begin with, especially when specced for BEs and debuff, a slightly faster cooldown (while not exactly an amazing benefit) for faster BEs is better.

I do agree in thinking that not taking the damage barrel on the Acolyte is not ideal (I'd drop the power mod though, not the magazine one).

He specifically said that his build is for new players who don't have good weapons and therefore it's mainly focused on power damage. Pierce adds even more power damage than the power magnifier and weakens armor for new players with bad weapons. In regard to his own criteria (new players with bad weapons) his build sucks.

There's a reason why Detonate - Expose - Pierce is generally considered to be the ideal way to spec Warp. I can understand going for power recharge when you're quipping something like a Claymore, but with a light loadout like that it's redundant.

There is actually no way to determine a player's skill level other than playing whith him/her. Neither N7 nor CP accurately depicts skill. Even score isn't reliable as there are many ways to virtually inflate it. In-game performance and teamplay are the only sources you can somewhat trust.

His astronomical N7 score isn't the problem. 

The problem is that he claims to be the "second best" player in the world due to his high N7 rating when that is completely false because N7 has very little to do with skill, while also insulting other people by calling them inferior and saying we should all bow to his skill...

He's just a major a-hole and liar. And no one likes such people. At least I don't...

All this time I thought we were cool. It's a shame you've decided to hop onto the bandwagon along with the rest of BSN and started to attack me directly. You should formulate your own thoughts and opinions rather than taking hearsay at face value with no consideration toward its credibility. It's not my aim to be liked or to be admired. I just need to put the people of BSN in their rightful places while placing a huge emphasis on my rank.

Rank is subjective as well, even more so. You can MG or spam recruit packs when get by playing Giant/Reaper all day long to inflate your N7. And, even if you're going it "legitimately", it sill represents not skills. I've played with people with way higher N7/CP ranks then me and had to carry them through gold and platinum games, and I'm not even that good. Skill comes with understanding the game's mechanisms and how to deal the greater amount of damage possible, all of which not being related to promoting. 

But I'm certain you know that already.
