Incorrect. The N7 HQ says you have the second highest N7 rating, not that you are the second best player in the world.

There's a distinction. N7 =/= skill.

oh sorry didnt see the part where it clearly states SKILL leaserboards,  i thought it just said N7 tbh, sorry though HEHEHEHE
