Does the 10 second boost from Power Synergy at rank 5 apply to the damage from Charge itself? In multi-player that would be a 160 increase in damage from Charge, quite a significant amount, IMO.

If you Charge and then go into the Power bonus, another Charge in that window will indeed get a power bonus.
It does not stack on itself though.

It also applies to your grenades. So if you are playing one of my favorite classes, the AVG — charge into a group, deposit power-boosted grenade in face of marauder, mop up with shotgun, repeat.
