EDIT: In spite of the responses I will rephrase the question.
Do you think DAI will have good storytelling?
Do you think DAI will have good gameplay with a mixture of tactical and action?
Do you think Bioware will improve upon and not repeat mistakes of the past in the dragon age franchise?
Please give some evidence (interviews, quotes, etc) if you can.
Maybe
Looks Like it
I'd like to think so.
Can't really give evidence, as interviews and quotes require you trust what is being said. Trust is in short supply atm. All I can really say is "The're saying all the right things so far"

As long as they give enemy mages a bigger variety of spells ( say a dalish Mage throwing stonefist at you or tevinter slavers using blood magic) I'll be very happy.
My only real gripes with da2 was the lack of variety of spells enemy mages used. It's what made the corypheus battle so epic- he fried, scorched and froze you and armored himself in rock. That was sick.
Also missed my blizzard spell and nature damage spells.

People praising Baldurs Gate, Kotor and Jade Empire should replay them and reconsider their opinion. All games had their great moments but I doubt you could sale them as they are again now and get the same result. They have a very different style of storytelling, one that perhaps wouldn´t work anymore.
Actually, I believe Kotor recently released on iPad and Baldur's Gate came out earlier this year (Enhanced Edition) for tablets and PC. Baldur's Gate 2 releases Nov 15th from Beamdog.

I think he'll make his own cameo appearence as a very pissed-off talking portrait in the Fade.

I believe it will be very good.
I am convinced that 'the storytelling' will be the best part of the game.
I loved Origins and greatly enjoyed da2. The problem with da2 was the framed narrative (it's storytelling problem, at any rate). A nice idea, but it meant that the progression of the story was always the same, whereas the warden could go anywhere they chose and create their own story, to a degree, at least. I really enjouyed da2's story, just not the story telling, if that makes sense.

I'm sure Bioware's finish product will be great. And wether the Critics give it a 10/10 or a more common 7/10 I know I will Enjoy it.
As for this passed mistakes comment... Did you enjoy Mass Effect 3? I know I did!
YES the ending was wrong I have no idea where it came from and the introduction of Shepherds Psychological problems really annoyed the seven hells out of me... Walking though some random trees to find some kid I don't care about... And my shepherd wouldn't care about either.
But that Game had so many moments I've never experienced playing any other game;
1. Thane. Actually brought a tear to my eye.
2. Tali/Legion, I switched the console off in disbelief.
3. The random guy who saves your life who is in all Mass effects if you carry a playthough(your stalker)
4. Mordin. Awesome Scene, Purely Awesome.
5. The Asari Sisters(banshee)
Dragon Age 2. Again, I enjoyed this game. It went away from what origins done and alot of fans where upset about this, but I suspect they enjoyed the game too.

DA2 likewise wasn't a bad game. It was different and unlike BG and DAO in several minor aspects, but it was still, in my opinion, one of the better games I played that year.
DA3 will be good. It will be better than DA2, I believe, since I preferred DAO's style and Bioware seems to be leaning that way again. I am excited about everything so far, except for the dialogue wheel.

From what I've seen and heard, ME3 was the best of the series. They got rid of everything that held it back and it's only being castigated thanks to the echo chamber that is BSN and the internet as a whole.
It woudn't have happened if ME3 had a well written ending. The game was excellent right up to that point then it was such a horrible experience. Being forced to move slower than a snail who had advanced inset hypothernia then finnally reaching the end... BAM that kid... The kid... I'd hated since being introduced to him in a mechanic to the game I completely disagreed with. Which I believed should not have been in the game.
Every action I'd taken in the three games. Full Galatic Readyness. All equated to which colour of light I would recieve as my reward for hours of gameplay. And as for the meaning behind those colours... Well that was what Deus Ex. was about and to me did not fit the game called Mass Effect.
A genuine fans opinion, I loved the games, I have 3 playthroughs which went through each of the Mass Effects and countless ones which did not.
Edit: Again I'd like to reiterate that I really enjoyed this game and while the ending was disappointing Its still one of the best Games I've ever experienced.

As a super-long time fan who watched the comments and videos and such leading up to DAO and DA2, I have a really easy way of determining how good the game is going to be. The stuff we learned about DAO as the game got closer and closer to launch, was overwhelmingly positive, it really made you excited about the game. The stuff we learned about DA2 was very much a mixed bag, you'd learn something that made you excited, then something else that rained on that parade. And in both cases, the game turned out to be just like what it appeared to be ahead of time, DAO was epicly awesome, and DA2 was a mixed bag of good and bad. So far everything we're hearing (and seeing) about DAI points strongly in the DAO direction of major awesomeness. Obviously there's a long time between now and Fall of 2014, but from everything we've seen so far I'd have to say that DAI will be the best game in the series, and we all know how hard it would be for any game to be better than DAO, but all signs point to DAI being able to do it. I'm certainly looking forward to it!

Fifteen years from now, old tossers will still nag about the classic, golden BG and DA:I here on the forums, and bemoan and wail about whatever latest Bioware effort.
