I have a fighter w/18/90 strength using a weapon he's proficient in using.
I just noticed while fighting Karlat that the information window is not reflecting my strength bonus...
I just swung @ him & the info window showed: 16+0=16 Miss
Aren't I supposed to be getting something a little extra w/18/90 strength? Or, am I missing something?
I'm playing Tutu w/the following mods:
HardTimes-v2;
BG1UB_v12; bg1npc-v20
level1npcs-v1.9
bg2_tweaks-v14
Randomizer-v68
scs-v21 (- Tactical Challenges)
Any thoughts from anyone. Right now I'm pretty bummed. CKT
So...it appears my strength bonuses aren't applying...

That 16+0=16 means that you rolled 16 (out of max 20), and the second number (0) is the total sum of bonuses and penalties added to the attack roll; like strenght bonus, AC type, Imp.invisibility penalties etc. This number (0) will always be the same against that one enemy you're attacking, unless you add some bonuses like Bless or similar.
Don't worry, it's working correctly.
Karlat, however, is a hard-to-hit character.

The AC adjustments are in the manual, or see the following table:
http://www.sorcerers...s/BG2/armor.php
From memory Karlat wears chain armour, so I assume you were using a slashing weapon on him - your +2 strength adjustment would then be cancelled out by the -2 AC adjustment.

Aasim, Thanks for the encouragement. I appreciate you taking the time to put my mind @ rest.
I was fearing that I was going to have to go back & re-install! Ugh!!

As always, Thanks for taking the time to provide me feedback, Grond0. As I said above, I feared something hadn't installed properly & I was headed back to the drawing board. Yuk!
