Having a high n7 means you've promoted your characters a lot. Does this have anything to do with skill? Does it help you get more skilled at the game? What is skill to you? For me i find people that comfortably solo plat/gold and can carry bad pugs to victory with versatility to be quite skilled at the game

True skill comes from the coalesced.win file.

A high N7 means that you have played the game more than just occasionally. It does not mean you are elite or great but it is a good indicator that you are not terrible, There are exceptions of course but it is just another bit of meanginful info when looking at other players in the lobby.

hmm... I'd be rather looking at the challenge points for indication of experience person would have in MP, but even then... proof is always in the pudding (the actual games), not some rating but how well they do in the game

Stop trying to argue with him. You can't win an argument with a stupid person and he pretty much only brings it up to start trolling.

I look at N7, challenge points, weapon load out is very  important.

It's pretty obvious that Token was referring to everybody's favorite pancake fornicator, not Queen.

It depends if you think spamming recruit packs is skillful or not.

Absolutely not. A really high N7 is actually very suspicious. All people do to get such high N7s is hoard credits then promote all the classes and buy Recruit Packs to level them up. IF they're not straight hacking the game to get 5mil credits for the purpose.

Lately I've pugged a lot with people with 3k+ N7, hardly any of them were any good at the game and didn't really help the team either.

Nope. I got from N7 120 to 1860 in about a week by just spamming recruit packs to get N7 mastery. No skill involved whatsoever.

I would love to know where this "pancake lover" thing started.  After all, if I want to look up to the number 2-iest player of them all, I must know all of his secrets!

We're not talking about an N7 of 10k here. Or 20k. Not even 30k. Forget 40k. We're talking almost 54,000 N7. I don't need to add anything else to this.

N7 Rank has nothing to do with skill because promoting characters doesn't require any. There are many players who dislike promoting so their N7 is low while their skill level is high. There are also people that have cheated their way to a high N7 and aren't all that great at playing the game as a result.

So the short answer would be no.

Try it.

(100(sqrt(challenge point total)/sqrt(N7 ranking total))(Time played in hours/games played in total))/4=

your percent efficiency

I believe in you!
