He does now. So he has starting using 2nd best player on consoles which he most definitely is and 4th best player overall.

Would someone's skill disappear if their N7 were to reset? Probably not. Skill comes with experience and practice, not from a magic number. The only true way to read a player's skill level is to actually play with them rather than cower away from the thought of having to carry him/her.
