After much ado, I finally got the two free downloads. They show up as installed content in my in-game menu, but they aren't actually in the game. I'm supposed to get a ppieve of the armour right away, and the others later, but nothing has appeared anywhere. After buying the golem rod, a new map location is supposed to appear, but it didn't.
Is there something else I should have done after dowloading? How do I enable these add-ons? And I'm sorry if this has been covered before. The print on the FAQs is tiny, and it's grey on grey, and for anyone over the age of fifty with failing eyesight, it's almost impossible to read.
I hope this is just an operator error problem. I've had a lot of troube getting logged in and finally getting the downloads, and it would be nice to have it actually run
My downloads aren't actually installed in the game for some reason

Try the Force Load method.
1) Go to the installed content screen.
2) Disable the content by clearing the checkmark next to them.
3) Load a save, you may want to do this with one that's before you went to Sulcher's Pass and got the golem rod.
4) When it tells you that it uses disabled DLC, choose to force load the save anyways.
5) Make a new save (don't save over any of your old saves)
6) Exit back to the main menu and go to the installed content screen again.
7) Reenable the DLC by clicking on the empty box to get the checkmark back.
8) Load the save you made in step 5.
This should force the game to treat the DLC as if you had just installed it. The Blood Dragon Armor chest piece should show up immediately in your inventory. The other pieces are in the store in your camp.
The Stone Prisoner is a little finickier, and if this doesn't work you may have to use the Developer's Console to fix the quest. There are instructions in this thread if you have to go that route.
