Hackers can get the gamerscore without owning the game....and often do....they also get banned fro XBL most of the time since they are easy to spot and get cut down like flies......so I wouldn't put too much stock in those leaderboards.

Man get out of here with that weak stuff. A master uses spectre weapons at level X and doesn't need stabilizers.
