So I finally got into KOTOR and am loving the experience to death, but I am stuck in a dilemma; when is the last chance to do companion quests?

I recently did the Leviathan mission and as well all know **SPOILER** Bastila gets left behind and removed from the party. Since I hadn't yet done Bastila's companion quests and not knowing if she will return back to the party, since I believe I am nearing the end of the game and not willing to take any chances, so I reloaded to a much earlier save (right before getting the fourth Star Map). I just finished it and was starting to do again the Leviathan mission, but I still haven't done Canderous or Juhani's companion quests yet either.

So when is the last chance to do the other companions quest. Can I freely do the Leviathan mission now that I have done Bastila's companion quest and with room for my other companions quests later?

Bastila you want done before Leviathan. Juhani you'll want after. You can only do Carth's if you haven't completed Korriban yet. Jolee Bindo's, if you get exiled from Manaan you won't be able to do his. HK-47 simply requires an extensive repair skill, but he gets awesome upgrades and a hilarious back-story as you go through it.

But otherwise the point of no return is either Leviathan (Bastila) or heading to the Star Forge. Once you head out there, there is no coming back.

Another recommendation, do Korriban last. It'll give you the most fun that way.

for bitter sweet, do korriban first or second. For yuthura and kel will be at Dantioone.

Yes Elitecom is right for the most fun. Also bring Hk-47 and T3-m4 with you to meet uther wynn for Meet and Greet with the students. Hk-47 foreshadows what happens within the LS playthough with deadpan snarkiness.

Just bring HK-47 everywhere you go. He'll make you laugh no matter what's happening.
