You can just wiki Leviathan if you want. You'll find out how the reapers were created. Tis an alright DLC. Javik shouldn't be worth that much. All he does is troll the crew, He has some good powers though. The Citidel DLC is the best and the Omega is pretty good as well because you get to roll with Aria and meet a female Turian for the first time.

All but appearance packs, Omega only if you REALLY like Aria, oneliners and railshooters more than story.

I would go for all the main story DLCs. From Ashes, Leviathan, Omega and Citadel. Start From Ashes as soon as you can to make the most of it. There's also the Extended Cut which is free and the first DLC I would download. The others can be skipped, unless you're interested in some extra weapons and things like that.
