One of the UNC mission I remember, which had a story line of a one crazy biotic lady not letting her poor boyfriend rest in peace from his life supporting machine. when I finished reading the captain log and see her charging at me screaming behind me.... i almost S$#t my pant.

I gotta say that was that was the one of the most intensive missions in ME1... even though it was a side quest... I hope BW put more of that kind of mission in ME2

I loved that quest! Always a hard choice... But yeah I was like where is she?! AHHH! <Falls over gets pwned.>

Which reminds me of that unknown animal skull on one of the planets. I wonder if that comes into play!

Agreed. But the funniest part of that quest for me was when Liara lifted her when we was literally next to me and then the blast from my shot gun launched her like 30 feet backwards!

That was one of my favourite quests too, just the cool idea of sneaking aboard a seemingly empty ship, discovering the mystery of what happened. More like this in ME2 please.

That was a funny little easter egg type quest. Conveyed no Paragon or Renegade point. No statement on euthanasia one way or the other.

If that scared you I would definately recommend you stay away from Dead Space.

But I wonder if that mission will have an effect in ME2. Usually I would probably turn the life support off in that sort of situation but knowing that our choices in ME1 carry over to ME2 I left it on just to see if anything happens.

And if you let the guy linger there alive, Liara says "that is the humane choice."  And if you pull the plug Liara says "that is the humane choice."

Yeah. Ashley says "You did the right thing, Commander." to both options. I think this side-quest had no relevence towards Paragon/Renegade or any meaning in Mass Effect 2.

It had the potential to be an awesome side mission. Unfortunately the so-called bad ass biotic was a total windbag. Died in 4seconds for me :/

Yeah i saw something similar coming.. comes with playing horror games.

But yeah it's still scary when the 'scare' comes at least 1 second before you expect it.

But yeah, that was a really nice sidequest, and a very immersive one, even though a short one..

Pity the biotic didnt even have time to use a single skill or fire a single shot...

Yes, that was quite a good quest, especialy the first time. I just couldn't believe, nothing was there and actually moved through the shipe more carefully than through the most crowded hostile areas.

The ship with the ambushing husks makes me edgy on every playtrough. It's not fun to get one shotted :)

I didn't find the biotic surprise scary at all.

The surprise was not the thing that made it scary. It was, for me, the fact that there's NOTHING to be found on the ship until you interact with that dead body. The husks weren't scary, just funny as liara did let them hover around all the time.

Wrex: ENEMIES EVERYWHERE!!!

I was like "what the f***, its just one crazy lady man!" XD

I like that I don't have to justify my choice in the mission. Tali says, "You did the right thing Shepard" regardless. :)

I htink the scariest moments were on the barren planets with the singing things, before I knew that was Rachni, I really got scared, not dang if I was up late alone at home to play those planets. Even now when I know its just the otherwise peaceful rachni, the sounds give me the creeps! And what the heck are they doing do on our moon, Luna? Easter Egg? You can hear uphill, ca west of the salvagable probe.

this,

the thresher maws never failed to startle me, i even started to avoid the big flat areas on  the planet maps because of it.
