I'd have loved to have seen Miranda have more action and time in ME3, with a different motivation beyond saving her sister (again).

I would have loved to have seen her taking an active role in usurping Cerberus from under TIM's nose, especially when you play the multiplayre and get the "Project Phoenix" characters.

I would actually liked to have Jacob go back to the Alliance, maybe working as part of Kaidan's biotic squad or taking that spot if Ashley were chosen maybe even having jack there instead of Grissom Academy. Also only to have romanced Brynn if not Romanced by femshep.

Thane...should have lived. or died in a better way...just something.

Tali...less damsel in distress (everytime you meet her) and more super hacker.

Legion- why did he leave? would have been cool for more EDI/Legion interaction

Personally, I would have added Toombs, Shiala, and Maelon to the squad instead of some of the others we got. I want to see some more of the people who had to live with darker choices they made and needed the redemption.

I'd throw Liara's stuff onto some half-floating, decrepit rowboat. Liara would be the anchor.

Miranda's quarters stay the same. Revert the entire SR-2 back to the Cerberus Standard.

Launch the sexbot out the window, and tell EDI the next time she tries to hit on my pilot, she gets the hose in the AI core again. 

Ashley can sleep in the airlock ("accidental" jettison tests may occur spontanteously at any time, especially with Javik manning those controls)

It's incredibly disturbing that you don't consider morals as being something to stop you from commiting war crimes.
