Yes, the doctors, since we're throwing away the professionalism card. I thought Dr. Chakwas was hot, and before anyone says anything, she's in my RL age group. Too bad they gave her the shaft on dialogue. I made a gray-haired Shepard for ME3.
Then there was the Asari consort in ME1.... Shepard has needs. lol.
But Williams in ME1 was clearly a fraternization violation, which was why she was made an officer and glammed up in ME3 - to replace Miranda - but it took her out of character. Perhaps they shouldn't have made her a LI in ME1 and played it by the military rules there. It was pretty obvious Shepard was supposed to romance Liara or Kaidan.
But you guys? with Liara acting all falling over at Shepard in ME1? I can understand why some of you don't like Liara. It's the same reason I don't really like Jacob. It's the way Bioware threw Jacob at femShep. Go in ME2 as femShep and click "I just want to talk". Hale's coach told her "You're really attracted to Jacob. Make it obvious." femShep throws herself at Jacob. It was so bad I never went back after the play through to get the LI achievement other than to get the hull upgrade and loyalty mission.
But I guess they have to make it super obvious that "this is your LI" otherwise people will complain about being "ninjamanced".
I suspect Dr. Chakwas is really quite the minx when the stethoscope comes off the and there is a reason she has those extra stockpiles against exposure, contagion and other things...

The fraternization angle with Ashley never really bothered me. While obviously that is against the rules in many real world militaries (and the fictional Alliance apparently), that doesn't entirely prevent it from happening. No matter how well trained or disciplined military personnel are still human, and some don't follow the rules & regs 100% of the time.
And when it comes down to the potential end of life as we know it, people are even less inclined to care.

and yeah, forgot Zaeed.
He should be running the Blue Suns independant of Aria if you killed Vido in ME2. If Vido escapes, the Suns are crushed. If Zaeed dies on the SM, it plays out with Dr. Darner Vosque as the leader. Massani should be recruitable regardless and use the Life Support room.

Very constructive criticism.Secondly, that idea is lame.

I wouldn't have changed her look in ME3.. or maybe would just have done a better job at it? She's always looked weird to me but ME3 made her look a bit girly instead of tomboy. I was never crazy about the tied up hair but ME3 made me miss it and wish it was an option with maybe some white pink armor.
I don't like that she was offered to be a spectre, she's not that great. Never played with Kaiden but would've accepted him more to get the offer because he's older and more experienced.
Hated that she goes from being happy to see Shepard at beginning of ME3 and then straight to you're working Cerberus still aren't you.. but I guess that goes with her personality and how she deals with things.
Would've given her more story and convo on Normandy in ME3
Liara:
Liked when she was this innocent archaeologist who had 0 social skills and kept to her studies and all that. Thought the reaction to her mom dying was maybe a bit lacking but I don't think they could even do tears when ME1 came out so I'll let that slip. I liked how she became a tough information broker but eh.. to me she was a little too serious, I don't know. Her personality was a huge change to me. I didn't mind her being tough but she was almost like terminator always talking like a robot with just a few slips of emotion if you romanced her (or when Illium falls). Wanted more awkwardly funny moments in ME2-ME3 instead of just.. awkward. Her goodbye on Earth where she shares the gift with Shepard is my favorite moment, needed more soft moments like that with her.
Wrex:
I just wanted more of Wrex
Garrus:
What OP said basically.
Kelly:
ME3 look.. Never forget.

Yeah, and these nuts are lame too. Ignoring...First of all, you can't recruit Zaeed and not Kasumi. You really shouldn't recruit either.
ANYWAYS, I agree with changing/overhauling Ash. She feels almost non-existent when not being an annoyance in ME3. Definitely not Spectre material. Kaidan's a stretch, but he's more believable due to the way he carries himself.

And I wouldn't have made TIM indoctrinated. His character arc didn't impress me at all, and I believe many agree on this.

Agreed on both counts.
An 'infiltration unit' should be built to avoid attention, and I doubt a humanoid construct with 90/60/90 measures is going to do just that. And wasting Mr Sheen's VO in a Saren-reenactment was a damned waste.
That aside, if they had to make the VS belatedly 'bi' in ME3, they should have done that for both, or not at all, far as I am concerned.
Otherwise, the unavoidable sacrifice of Legion was somewhat uncalled for as well. Would have been dope if those who sided with the geth at least got the Prime-unit aboard the crew.

As far as Kaidan's bisexuality, I think they were kind of forced to do it. I mean technically there are two lesbian romances in the game, Traynor and (for all intents and purposes) Liara. Having only one same sex male option would have been a fate almost as bad as straight femshep;).Chashan wrote...

But for real, I like the fact that Kaidan is a male LI simply because it gives the player, no matter what sexuality Shepard they play, an option to have an LI from the very first game, one who knows them from before Shepard became a galactic hero. It gives a little bit of grounding, at least for me.

Consider two players who each spend ten dollars on one, but not the other. If you bring back one and not the other, one player gets a full squadmate in ME 3 with all the content that comes with it. The other gets far less.
In other words, despite paying the same amount of money, a player who decided to buy Zaeed and not Kasumi gets a whole lot more. Conversely, the player who buys Kasumi gets a whole lot less. And of course, there's no way they could have known wehn they purchased the content years ago that they'd be screwed over.
That is poor design. For an equal price, DLC should offer roughly an equal amount of content.
And of course, it's really just not a good idea to put that much work into a character so many people won't see in the first place. Better to put it towards a squadmate from the vanilla game.

Thane was not 'founded on the idea of fanservice.' That is just silly.
I'll find you the quote, one sec.
It was female fanservice in relation to romance - that was his foundation. One of my favourite characters (by the way) but that is still a factor.
