Have just  finished Legion loaylity mission, the thing is that I cant use the renegade option in the conflict. Which is strange, beause I have about 95% of Renegade and if I talk to legion to get his loyality back I got 100% Renegade(get 15 points for doing that).
 This was my last mission before the Suicide Mission In the whole game I have been able to use the Renegade choices(Miranda/Jack conflict, talking with Morith...).

So is there any chance to svolve this, something I have miss?

Your morality options are not tied to the meter, but is a sum of how many paragon or renegade points you could have had at that point in total, against how many points you actually have. The Tali/Legion conflict is a easy charm but hard intimidate check, while Jack/Miranda is the opposite.
You could try retraining for a higher renegade bonus in your class passive, otherwise the only thing I know of is adding points with cheats.

As long as you can regain Tali or Legion's loyalty by talking to them after the conflict, then I see no reason why trying to resolve the conflict is a big deal, unless you really like the Intimidate response (which is awesome).

But as Yezdigerd says, it is tied to the sum of paragon and renegade points, so the meter is just an indication not a fact.

For me it has always been a role playing issue.
