When Shepard meets his clone in the Citadel DLC he reveal that woke up 6 months ago started to learn how to be human. I personally find it really confusing how can a 6 months old person can do all things I mentioned in the title when in realty a 6 months can barely crawl or say anything.

WebMD has this to say about 6 month old (as in, 6 months after *conception* rather than birth) babies:

Baby: Your baby measures about 7.2 inches from crown to rump and weighs about 10.5 ounces. The fetus is steadily gaining fat to keep warm. Growth rate is slowing down but organ systems, like digestion, are continuing to mature. A waxy film, called the vernix caseosa, is being produced by your baby's oil glands and covers the skin to keep it supple in the amniotic fluid. Buds for permanent teeth are beginning to form.

So presumably whatever process was used to make sure a six-month old clone ended up as a physically fully developed adult (you're not going to get those muscles just sitting in a jar full of Agar) was used to make sure the clone had a fully developed brain.

Well, honestly. If its believeable that a completely dead hunk of burned and frozen meat can be put back together and brought back to life with all memories and functions still intact, its much easier to believe that some DNA was cloned and re-taught everything it needs to function through its "tank-mother".

does the clone have the same upgrades as shep or are they truly just a stock remake?

We could always say he was loaded into a tank just like Grunt but the problem is why would TIM do this? Clone shep was precisely for spare parts he/she wasn't strategical in anyway.I find even clone shep to exist in his form to be a dumb idea because if you need spare parts grow them separate unless the books say in the future we can now do brain, eye, intestine, vocal cord, and a whole lot of other transplants then there was no need to have them all in a human body.

When I first played the game I thought Sanctuary was were a reveal was originally written in the facility would've been a Cerberus station not an aid ruse station. In game evidence suggest this could've been where we found out exactly how shep was the only test subject, cloning is a great way to test out all sorts of revival stuff using reaper tech the more involved clones would've turned into husks or other things the less evolved maybe didn't even get out of their growing tanks basically combine Jack's upbringing in the labs with Grunts and you'll get a pretty good idea of how Cerberus could've actually benefited with using clones to insure every last step of shep's revival and post revival were a success even coming up with their perfect test subject which would've been clone shep who is shep in form but not in memory or experiences all it understood was it had a purpose.

Maybe Cerberus was ready to scrap the project and kill clone shep when we all jump in and save Miranda who was there to backup data illegally from TIM or maybe clone shep was trained in the facility finds Miranda in there and takes her hostage either way we go there and kill the clone to save her and find out in the process of all the other us's there are a similar thing occurred in Evangelion when you find out Rei has been a clone for a long time and has millions more clones just awaiting their turn to replace her once she dies again from some catastrophe. In Rei's case after each mission they'd make her hook into a memmory recorder and if she died the next day this info would be placed directly into her clone so it would miss nothing save one day's worht of infomation and experiances it would be behind sure but she was always kept so isolated from others that it mattered little.

But instead we get the plot we get of clone shep going along with Brea (I think her name was) and just trying to kill shep to steal his/her identity so they could do what exactly? Live off the royalty vids before shep even saves the day? They ddint' think the plan through too well and clone shep existing for the sake of it not to mention OPs valid questions of how exactly did they learn to speak, walk, use the extranet, ect.

Steroids. As well as being a bad Shepard, the clone is also a bad sport.
