The clone states in the DLC that he/she used neural implants to learn everything he/she needed to be Commander Shepard.
How did Shepard's clone learn how to talk, walk, run, fight, shoot, and know everything about ME universe in only 6 months?

The clone wasn't the most interesting bit about CitDLC. The laughs were awesome during the pursuit, the party was good, and the arena rocks.
