Banners or achievements were actually never listed as requirements.
What I am looking forward for is synchronized teamwork, good tactical cooperation and so on.
It's all squad related. Soloing for the moment isn't a requirement to be accepted.
In any case, sorry for the confusion.

What if the rest of the team goes down and one player has to clutch? Surely "platinum solo mastery" would come in handy then. You don't even need a maxed manifest for that one, basically anybody can do it nowadays.

That's a good question. That happens as well. Depending on the situation, I mostly manage to succeed.
We can never be 100% sure, even if someone managed to complete something on his own, that he would be able to do it again. Most likely, but there are other factors as well. Lag... player class, enemy, weapons, circumstances, etc... Success is not guaranteed, but it's high, like 90% or more.

Can you define what a decent computer is? I'm not sure if it will fit the N7 requirements. Also, I don't have maxed N7 armory, guess that takes me out of the picture right away for these elite missions :/
