What do you think the xeno and machine cahracters would look like as humans?
 My main interest is what would Legion look like if he looked more human or perhaps what Harbinger were to look.

For Harbinger I see short dark hair slicked back. Dressed rather formally much like a politician or someone with a lot of sway with governments. Eye color i should say either a pale blue or amber. An average build.

Thoughts or perhaps their own idea about other characters?

Legion would look like Mordecai from the webcomic Lackadaisy. He even has certain character similarities like keeping his calm in the most dangerous situations, but is otherwise different - a murderous, OCD-ridden sociopath.
Now, Lackadaisy features cats as characters, but the author has made many drawings of what they would look like in human form. I present to you:
