Pretty simple....what's your favorite class and kit to play. 

I'll start, of course.  I always start and end a play session with the Salarian Infiltrator.  I love to switch kits with each match, but I find I'm best when I play my Sniper of choice.  I use the N7 Valiant.  For some reason, I really do well with this set up.  No matter the difficulty.  Oh, I know there are more powerful kits/weapons.  But this is the one that I seem to do best with. 

Main caveat.....I almost exclusively play PuGs....mostly because I play rather randomly. 

What are your favorites?

Salarian Infiltrator/Black Widow
N7 Slayer/Venom

I used to love the SI/Valiant sooo much until the sniper buffs came along.

For a long while it was SI + claymore. For a moment it was GI/Valiant. Nowadays the valiant just feels weaker...

SI with BW is where it is at! I also love the Asari Huntress, GI (Lol), QFI (CSR and Incendiary ammo), and the occasional AIU chaos.
For adepts, I gotta get my Fury on.
Soldiers are dominated by the Turian and Destroyer.
Human and Salarian Engies along with an off-style Geth build.
TSent and Vorcha for Sentinels.
There are some Vanguards I like, but I rarely play the class :/

Oh, and if just one, it'd be the GI.
