Absolute favorite of all time is easily the FQI with w/e sniper rifle I feel like using, my favorites are BW, CSR, and Javelin. She has become my go to kit for just about anything.

Among other classes:
Adept: Fury
Engineer: FQE
Sentinel: Krogan (he's my melee monster) or Asari Valkyrie
Solider: Tossup between N7 Destroyer and Geth Trooper
Vanguard: Asari or Krogan (depending on if I feel like shooting things or smacking things)

For sentimental reasons, I still love the Typhoon Destroyer combo, but in the same sense that Exile on Mainstreet is still my favorite album more than twenty years after I first heard it: it was never replaced by another definitive fave.

Right now my favourite is definitely the Drell Vanguard but I think that's because I've been playing terribly lately and his damage output lets me get away with that.

Only the shadow and cabal are worthy of that top tier position for me at the moment. I wish I could mix them together into one character - would be so amazing. Strange because a year ago I'd have said asariguard, drell adept and javelin QFI (which are all still great).

I do feel pressure when playing the shadow to perform well, which is why I don't take it out very often now, and it doesn't work well in all teams such as an all biotic squad, or if there are two other infiltrators and a non infiltrator.
Cabal however is great on all teams - tech, biotic or combat. If in a biotic I'll take the wraith and an adrenaline mod, focusing on detonating in cqc. If on a weapons focused team, I might stick with the graal and a power amp and stay at medium range.

I do like the asariguard for stasis and lift grenades, but I get tired of charge after a couple of matches (same with every vanguard except the cabal).
Drell adept also fun because I like pull, but too many explosions as with every single adept (shame about that).
Melee TGI is great for confusing people in a match and extremely fun, although again a bit too much "in your face" after a while. Far better than the havoc.
Javelin QFI is great for when you can't be bothered to think (as long as you can aim), but it is very repetitive.

I'm trying to find the perfect cryo character at the moment - been alternating between cryo ammo users (human engineer, demolisher) and cryo power users - QFE, havoc, human infiltrator, paladin and AIU.
Of all of them QFE has the most finesse (paladin is too crude, human infiltrator is colourless as is the AIU, havoc doesn't get the most out of cryo), but dodge is not great and difficult finding points to spare for a melee build.

Soldier: N7 Destroyer, I probably spend 90% of my game time on this guy, just can't overstate how much I enjoy wading through like the Terminator wielding a Typhoon, or Hurricane, while stagger-immunity makes it damn difficult to stop my smackdown-laying campaign to share bullets with the world.

Runner Up: Krogran, with radius-specced inferno grenades, FEEL THE BURN!

Engineer: Demolisher, there is no such thing as too much grenade.

Infiltrator: Geth, with penetration modded Javelin. There is no such thing as cover.

Sentinel: Krogran, Grenade lifts you, Claymore drops you.

Adept: Meh, never really cared for Adepts.

Vanguard: Krogran, the bus that keeps on hitting you.
