Soldier: it's close between the Turian Soldier w/Saber or the Quarksman...
Engineer: Quarian Male
Sentinel: Asari Valkyrie...though I see it too often, I may switch to the KroSent, or the Paladin
Infiltrator: Quarian Female...sticky grenades for the win
Vanguard: Drellguard, and it's not close.

Biggest strength of the game and reason I've played more than 1000 hours is the massive variety of kits and powers.

If I had to select a favorite I would go with the Awakened Collector Adept. No wait, the Slayer. Or maybe the SmashDept.

It probably is the Collector but there are dozens of others close behind.

My favorite is Female Quarian Engineer. I've named her Tali Vakarian and she's a boss with them rocket turrents and I usually roll with M-98 widow, but I've been toying around with weapons to get challenges now.

He's probably my favourite after the AJA as well.  He's like the Drell Adept's hulking, brutal, four-eyed, space-pirate-terrorist doppelganger.

my favourites in order:
infiltrator: QFI with BW and Reegar
infiltrator: GI with Javelin
infiltrator: huntress with executioner
engineer: demolisher with harrier
soldier: GT (flamer build)

My favourite characters to play are the turian sentinel with the veonm, turian sentinel with the arc pistol and the smash vanguard with bonus power and venom shotgun. All of these characters also have an acolyte with a power amplifier as their second weapon.
