Does anyone know if the damage of A.R. can be strengthened with Fortification, Intel bonuses, armor pieces, or the Soldiers' class passive?
Is Adrenaline Rush boosted with Fortification or class passive?

No it will not be. It is always a simple "additive" weapon damage bonus when activated, so it adds to weapon damage in the same place most other weapon bonuses do.

which is not to say fortification is not still worth it, the power boost from fort will still add to incendiary ammo/conc shot/grenades
