I see all the threads bout people awaiting ME2 and this massive game. I am still trying to play through ME1. Barely just started it in fact lol, just left the Citadel. I hope this scope and the universe in this game is grand with an amazing story, thats what DOA turned out to be and i hope the mass effect is just as large.

I basically in the same boat, bought ME1 yesterday, played all night, died a lot!, but started again a few times trying to get used to controls,, mammoth task. Guess there is no way around using the keyboard controls?
What I would like to know is where to get a decent walkthrough, I think that I left Citadel stn too early and I  just gave up finding my way about Novis Prime (I think) , biotics p15 ,, everywhere I go seems to deadend and I finding my way around got so hoplessly mired I quit. tired and frustrated at with the place, and it had been enjoyable up to then
must be thousands of possible destinations, much more than DAO
I do not mean that I have quit  the game , it is fascinating and all the controlls
So is there real help other than the little booklet? perhaps in hardcopy
