This is what I went with: http://kalence.drupa...113!!..41!EC9B5

No offense amigo... But that's pretty terrible. You're not going to Overload/Warp things to death... I was pretty sure I told you that the other night too when we played together. That class needs performance from its weapon... End of story.

Overload strips shields so you can gun down the health bar. (It has the native ability to do 400% damage to shields, +500% with the rank 6 shield evo) but it's raw damage is trash. Taking more power damage at ranks 4/5 of passives made the crap damage slightly less crappy, but still poor. How are you going to hurt health/bosses? You need weapon performance.

Warp debuffs armor so you can do more gun damage to bosses... But AGAIN it does ****** poor damage, even against armor it does crap damage. It serves 2 purposes: to allow you to do 15% more damage with your gun (Expose evo) and to prime/detonate biotic explosions. So.. AGAIN your rank 4/5 of the passives is wasted.

Not trying to lecture you but... I am, unfortunately.

What I'm really trying to drive home is that... With that class, you need weapon performance. It's not a class you can get by with just spamming your two powers. If you want to do that, play the Human Sentinel, Asari Adept, Human Adept, Geth Trooper, etc. The Turian Sentinel needs a good gun to do work.

imho this is the ultimate setup for him
35% of DR and 5 ranks into fitness are more than enough to always keep you alive
maxing weapon damage is a must for turians (at least for me)
warp and overload deserve maxing as well

I use this build http://kalence.drupa...!13N51384!DF855 and it's good for everything up to Gold, and probably Platinum as well (I simply haven't had the time, or decent enough internet connection, to test the latter).

Always max Warp.

Even ignoring the fact that your gimping team biotics, you're also sacrificing the extra 25% Armor sundering effect, which benefits anyone on the team using high ROF weapons or shotguns.

Without max Warp, you're gimping your team twice over and are officially a horrible person.

If anything, it's actually Overload that can have points skipped. Rank 5 Overload with Damage/Neural Shock will strip the Shields from any organic infantry up to a Gold Nemesis.

Here is the build I would recommend for you. Don't know exactly what weapons you have, but I remember you're fairly new so I restricted it to Uncommon guns.

If you're willing to sacrifice durability for a more powerful Overload (which is great vs Geth, but honestly doesn't help you much vs all other factions), use this build instead.

I thought team synergy didn't matter as like as "I got mine"?

There are dozens of very good TSent builds, depending on what you want to focus on and your weapon selection. As long as you've spent the points and you're a decent player, you'll help the team.

I go with this and use a variety of heavy pistols (Eagle, Arc Pistol, Carnifex, Talon), along with odd assault rifles or the Wraith.  Contribute to combos, Overload for CC, stripping shields and headshots, Warp bosses and shoot.

Thank you. People could actually check my manifest and see just what a poor selection I have. Not even a piercing mod yet.

@MegaBeast: I will reconsider. Thanks for the advise. My biggest problem is I am not a good shot and I want a short cool down on Overload for CC. I am tired of husks and being shot to pieces by stupid mooks. They need to be on the ground ASAP. With that in mind, I will skip of Rank 6 Overload and assign it to his class for weapon damage.

Everyone is on the TA3 bandwagon these days. At least it is understandable. It makes the most sense to sacrifice ranks in TA and Fitness, then the rest is debatable.

Depending on the weapon you prefer, it may or may not make sense to drop Overload or Warp's last rank for a whole 12.5% weapon damage. You end up sacrificing combo damage and actually a whole lot of power damage to defenses, especially in the case of Overload vs Shields and Barriers (8x multiplier with NS and Rank 6...).

Since your weapon selection isn't the greatest, I suppose I would agree that you should take all the weapon damage that you can, but I would also leave Warp and Overload maxed. You can go 3 in TA and 5 in Fitness for the time being. After you get a nice Claymore or Wraith you might decide that you don't mind mixing things up. I run 6/6/6/5/3 currently although I have run a variety of Turian Sentinel builds because he is one of my preferred characters.

Hmm.  Don't often see power damage emphasized so much on the Turian Sentinel.

You could always go super tanky with zero points in Overload and full debuffs in Warp... use almost any gun in the game with Warp Ammo and you're golden. Your Collector Rifle or Phaeston would work nice. Add in a Cyclonic and you're soaking up boatloads of damage.

@Mask of Apathy: I prefer the faster shield recharge rate over a little boost to power damage, so I like to go farther in fitness than TA myself. The majority of my damage is from my weapon, the way I play him.

I agree that power damage is decent at rank 5 of passive, I meant max the ones that are literally 'weapon damage + stability'. I actually go for power damage on that one myself.

@OP: sry for recommending a weapon you don't have :P as I said, any medium weight weapon will be fine on him. Heck, any weapon is better than average when on him.

Don't worry, anything except playing by mashing your face into your controller/keyboard is considered a crutch on BSN...

It's really just a running joke at this point.

 Here you go

Build

Don*t know if you have arc pistol yet, but once you get it try that. Maxed weapon damage, warp debuff and that overload is powerful enough for stripping platinum phantoms clothes off.
