Personally, I'd advocate 4 in tech armour, 4 in overload, and max everything else.

My reasoning is that rank 5 of tech armour doesn't gain much, since overload and warp aren't high damage powers, and rank 5 of overload causes enemies to drop to the floor, spoiling the easy headshots it grants.

Turian passives and fitness are nice however, and give a good return on investment, and warp is best when maxed for bigger BE's with teammates and better incendiary cheese, if that's your thing.

Neural Shock almost doubles your damage against organic enemies though, as I've learned from this thread.

That is precisely why I want rank 5. It is for CC.

Then it's a must-take evo for you, either sacrifice rank 4 of tech armour to get it, or possibly remove rank 6 of one of the other options.

The CC and doubled damage vs organics is damned good, I'll agree, it's just annoying that it spoils the headshots which my TSent depends on, since he's an incisor sniper instead of a true caster.

Be sure to spec turian veteran passives for 5a power instead of 5b headshot in this case.

I dislike the trend of "no fitness lol cyclonic IV." I know it's an old trend, but I've always disliked it.

One, cylclonics are finite, even for folks around here.

Two, actually, just one.
