Superdeformed Resolutions.

The highest resolution that mantains the normal aspect ratio is the one I am using (1766 x 766 or something like that). My question is, does anyone else get this weird effect, or have you reached higher/max resolutions without the game deforming the image? If so, what are your card specs. I have a GTX 285, and am thinking of getting a GTX 780. but still worried about this...

I have a GT 240 (rather low end nowadays) with a full HD 23'' LG monitor. NWN works nicely in full HD (1920x1080), both on Linux and Windows 7.

Say, anyone using a pre-fermi card, or the 780?

Hey everyone! I use a 32" LED as
monitor for my pc, and the resolution is up to 1080 on everything.
However, since the beginning I noticed Neverwinter Nights doesn't play
well with such, and kind of deforms the image rather than simply enlarge
it proportionally. It elongates everything horizontally.

A 32" LED does not say much other then it's a 32 inch and LED. Is it a monitor or a TV?
Is it of aspect ratio 16/9 or 16/10? what is the native resolution of the monitor and what
resolution do you have NWN set at?
What you're describing is nothing but the effect of a mix of different aspect ratio resolutions
between desktop and nwn... that is all.

Edit: As an afterthought, is this 32'' LED some kind of TV set? If so, how did you connect it to your PC? TV sets often have their own logic on setting resolutions. That could be the source of your issues.
