Hope not. According to her age, and the race concerning her races lore, I don't think she is proper age to be having babies. At young ages, isn't it dangerous to have kids as an Asari?
So is Liara having a little Shepard?

It's possible... Although given that Asari live to well over 1000 years old, and Liara's only 106, your Shepard effectively just slept with the equivalent of a 10 year old girl.
Mull on that for a bit.
This is a really old post and this user is probably long gone, but since this statement has yet to be challeged...I'll bite. Just in case anyone else roams in here and reads it. Also it seems to be an opinion that pops up in the forums from time to time.
Liara is a university graduate who has been working as an archaeologist for decades. How many 10 year olds are not only university graduates but working scientists?
The games actually give a fairly good idea of when Asari reach adulthood. Samara says that Morinth left home in her 40s, though she also notes that Morinth was very young. Liara has been working as an archaeologist for 50 years when Shepard first meets her, which puts her at 56 when she first began her science career. In ME2 on Illium there is an Asari who can be overheard saying she is 60 years old and finally out from under her parent's roof.
All of that then gives us a range of between 40 and 60 for Asari reaching adulthood. The Illium Asari's dialogue might imply that she took a little longer than usual to move out on her own, while Samara's comment that Morinth was very young might indicate that she left home earlier than usual (teenaged runaway?) Liara then might be more of the average case, with sometime in the 50s being the usual range when Asari gain independence from their parents.
In any case, Liara wasn't a child in a Mass Effect 1 and hadn't been for decades.
