I have thought about the Qunari reaction to the Veil Tear and I think I'd find it interesting. But, seeing as the Qunari are all in Par Vollen, Seheron, and a little bit in Rivain, I don't think it'd be feasible to have them that involved. Still, would anyone like to run into a Qunari agent or rogue Tal-Vasoth organization?

Yes, I'm aware of the Iron Bull. He sounds interesting.

Define "involved".

Anywhere from an expeditionary force to scouts or some sort of band of Tal-Vasoth. Maybe even just an agent investigating what has happened. Mark of the Assassin does say they have spies across Thedas.

They are part of the world, aren't they?

Absolutely. The Qunari are one of the most interesting parts of the Dragon Age universe to me and I'd definitely want to run into them again, especially at a time of crisis like this. It would also be interesting to learn what their plans are for whenever they attack Thedas again.

Eh, I suppose so. Not overly fond of them but they're certainly interesting. Wouldn't want them to be the focus though.

Of course, I don't advocate them being the focus. Just a part. They are a part of the world, as Empeor stated.

I'd quite like to see the Tevinters and Qunari going at it hammer and tongs so visiting Seheron would be an excellent compromise. Interacting with the locals could prove interesting, esp if you were given the choice to help one or the other sides, or even just make the locals independent of both.

I'd like them to take advantage of the chaos. It would be out of character for them, otherwise.

I wouldn't like them to be in any way behind the veil tear, however.

I bet Minrathous gets sacked by rogue Ferelden and Orlesian Divine Marchers paving the way for Qunari conquest of the Tevinter Imperium. They shall rename the capital Qunstantinople.

I'd save most Qunari stuff for DA4, when we can have them start doing some proper invading. We seem like we've got enough stuff going on as it is in DAI.

I mean, some oxmen characters should show up, of course. And maybe some Ben-Hassrath can cause trouble, but nothing particularly major I think.

Considering I intend to play a female Qunari Warrior, I DEFINITELY want there to be a more stereotypical Qunari around to react to that. As much as I like the guy, I'd relish the chance to kick the crap out of Sten with a female qunari Warrior.

When Minrathous falls, I expect it will likely be at the hands of the Qunari themselves, not outsiders making it easy for them. I'm thinking we'll need to spend more time in Tevinter as players for us to appreciate the true significance of the fall of the Imperium, though.

Until then, I think it would be cool if the Inquisition is forced to deal with various Qunari agents from the Beresaad or Ben-Hassrath on missions for the Qun alongside everything else. Qunari hate chaos but also want the bas weaker when they attack, so perhaps the Inquisitor would have to judge whether their missions would be helpful or harmful to Thedas in the long run. Perhaps we'd even see Tallis or others like her again. Maybe in a different role, players will have less cause to complain that she's a Mary Sue they were forced to like.

I got the sense from her encounter with Leliana in Mark of the Assassin, that the two of them might have been rival spies that had fought each other in the past. Maybe there's other examples of Qunari vs Chantry agents coming into conflict in Thedas. Competing orders of spies does at a new potential level of intrigue to the game.

They live in Thedas too.
My guess is the Inquisitor will need the help of all races.
Players who play against any race will sell themselves short, imo.

I'd be disappointed if I didn't encounter Qunari forces at some point, but I'm not sure I see them taking big part in southern Thedas' problems.

I just hope that Iron Bull ain't a companion.

I actually expect the Qunari to be involved, why wouldn't they? The veil rip should affect everyone and their mama's. I do want to see the Qunari involved. I don't want to see the game focused on them like the game did in DA2, but I do want to see their actions and what's going on with them.

If they didn't look like they all fell out of the same broodmother, sure.

We're probably going to see some kind of retconning of ogres if they do get more involved. Can't have umpteen billion of them on the loose as more Qunari are turned into broodmothers.

Eh? Sten was with a whole group of qunari in DA:O, investigating the Blight in Ferelden.

In DA2 the qunari in Kirkwall are hunting for the Tome of Koslun.

I'm sure there can be a pretense for the qunari to be around in DA3, then a reason for them to be involved in the veil tear thing.

You could probably guess a Tevinter slur for followers of the Qun. It's rude though so I must qunceal it.
