I want to buy DA2 for PC but I only want to if I can still purchase the DLC content, specifically the Mage Packs, Legacy and MotA. Are these still available for purchase?

(I can still get it via PS3 but cant verify if for PC)

Yes, they are available for purchase - look to the top of this page, mouse over "Games", and under that, "Dragon Age II" and select "Official DLC" from the menu.
