Going to close this beasty down since it's not really related to DAI.
I'm sure there's a Venn diagram and some people will only buy one or the other, while some will probably play both. I'll probably only buy The Witcher 3 for hopefully obvious reasons
As a general note, please don't overthink why people pick up games that they do. Some have their reasons for preferring one game over the other, and that is valid and in no way invalidates why you will be making different decisions.
It's cool for people to pick up different games for whatever reason they want for whatever reason tickles their fancy because hey, that's the way that it is for them.
