im stuck in the where the werewolf lair is and they have it barred shut how do i get in

You've to go around. There is no way to enter the Lair through that door (yet).

Down through several levels, explore the whole place, kill everything, find some cool stuff on the way, and various small quests till you find the other entrance.

Have you explored the rest of the ruins? Just keep exploring the ruins and you will find your way to Witherfang.
