I am trying to find out which Elemental forms are the best and I was wondering besides stats if there are any other special abilities each form provides. If not, earth elemental seems like the best option, however I remember from my DnD days that Air elemental for example had some neat spell like abilities. Are they usable in NWN2?

There are no extra spell-like abilities available when polymorphed or in wild shape in NWN2. Your ability scores, hit points, armour class and weapon damage are about the only things that change.
