First Bronze duo with my best friend.
First bronze solo
First gold extraction
First gold solo
First platinum extraction
First platinum solo
QFE Platinum solo (because it was the first one with that char and I had been trying for a while).
The people I play this game with don't matter one iota to me.

It's a videogame. Nothing I do here makes me feel accomplished.

Lancer X? No, probably the first time I finished Platinum without feeling like I was being carried

I would have to say reaching the number 2 rank in the world gave me the best sense of accomplishment (as far as this game is concerned). Knowing that I'm the second best player in the world and the top player on here is quite a nice feeling. Reaching 55,000 N7 rank and completing N7 Mastery 45 times is definitely a huge accomplishment in my book (again, as far as Mass Effect is concerned). That's all just a byproduct of all the hours I've invested into this game, but it's still nice.

My first time soloing plat. It took me 42 mins, not bad I think considering it was only my second attempt.

Taking the time to learn how to use the Javelin. Spent sometime hone my my aiming with it. Learn the quarks to the gun.
When my buddies started acknowledging, that I doing well with the gun. It made me feel slightly accomplished and enjoy playing ME3 more. Also it is fun to steal kills with that gun from a bud when he is on his N7 Shadow and trying to Shadow strike, a friendly competition.

My first ever gold game. I bought the game, played two bronze games, maybe a half-dozen silvers, then went on to gold because I'm greedy. Played a KroSent and did a serviceable job, would have extracted easily if not for disconnecting 10 seconds away from the end.
