 Hi everyone, really hoping I'll be able to solve this problem (it may be me being a giant idiot but I'd be grateful for some help)

Basically, I bought DA2 (PC version) when it came out and am still using a hard copy of it (well why bother spending money downloading it when I have the disc, right?). I recently overhauled my computer and am no longer using my original hard drive. Now, I have things like the high-res texture pack and latest patch for the system, but can't find any trace of DLC files on the computer. So I figure that I could log into my account (check!), go onto the DLC page (check!), click on the stuff I know I've already bought (woo!) and just re-download the file. No such luck. I click on "more info - PC" and nothing happens, and I've tried on several browsers (I blamed Chrome.. sorry, Google). It acknowledges that this is all stuff I've already bought and registered with the game, and it's definitely not in-game anywhere, but I can't seem to re-download it. I clicked on DLC I haven't bought and get sent to the BW points page like you'd expect... am I gonna have to go and buy the game through Origin and spend a ton of money or is there a solution? Does nobody use a disc anymore?! 

Sorry for the long message and sorry if this is something that's already been resolved, but I'd be grateful for any input you guys can give

I'm not sure if this will work for you, but here goes. I recently had to reformat because my windows just deteriorated to the point of no return. My original origin discs have deteriorated beyond being able to play. If you go into Origins (the EA download system, not the game), there is a way to enter the code of the disc version you have without buying the game. I did this and used digital download to get the game and DLCs. Since I already had DA2 on Origins (it just did it when i originally installed with the disc) I decided to do the same with it and digitally DL it. Once I did that, I went to my registered content page and DLed everything.

Make sure the account you are signed in to is the one that is authorized for the DLC (I didn't realize that even though I am still signed in to THIS account, the website now recognizes me as having 2 separate accounts for purposes of the dlc and uploading my characters, achievements etc). Same sign in, same email everything, just it sees me as having 2 separate accounts with separate characters and separate DLC.

You can swap between accounts on your profile page (where you manage screenshots and characters uploaded and stored) if this is the case, and it should rectify this.

I had heard the links on the registration page were broken.  While I didn't have any trouble with DA2, I did with Origins DLC. They posted authorization links on DAwiki for DAOrigins, perhaps you can find one for DA2 like this?
