Does the Suppressor you get in NG+ runs of Citadel spawn in at the same rank you have it upgraded to, and with any upgrades you have equipped?

First time I've played through NG+ in forever and also the first time going through Citadel on NG+ so I dont really have much of a clue as to what to expect beyond most of the upgrades that I have max'd/near max'd not appearing in missions.

Yes, you get it at whatever rank you left it at. BUT, because it is a DLC gun you can upgrade it to level X right away instead of having to wait to pick it up again. This same thing applies to all the DLC guns. OTOH, the Suppressor you get during the solo part of Citadel is still a level I.

Well ****... I was really hoping that it would pop up at X since I already maxed it out early since I give it to the AI to use over rapid fire weapons when I got 2+ already out. Sorta wanted to have something to make up for the 20+ second Flare I'm gonna be stuck with in that first mission seeing as I already max'd it out. Parts wise to spawn in with upgrades attached would have been nice too so that I could try and have a little more comfort at range.

Oh well. At least now I know not to make any weapon change plans prior to starting that up.

Wait, not sure I understand why you are upset. The most you could max in your first play through was level V. So when you get to Mars you can have your level V Suppressor. As soon as you get to a work bench (before the tram station) you can stick whatever mods on it you had. Now you can't get it to level X until after getting back on the Normandy after going to the Citadel. But you are free to go down to the armory and upgrade it to level X the second you get done talking to Hacket. This is unlike non-DLC guns where you can only upgrade them to level VII until you pick them up again.

All I am saying is that the Suppressor you get during the solo run will be a level I. But after that you can go back to using the level X version, like when you get to the archives.

Technically the Suppressor you get in the Sushi Ambush is it's own weapon class with some interesting stats. That is why it is never upgraded and doesn't change rank in NG+.

True. I'm just too used to seeing X and VII on every gun actively in use. Only one I havent upgraded to X yet is the Lancer, and thats cause I have to pick it up again to hit X.
