So I thought that I might start something up, trying to find some interest in playing this game once again.
At first I thought about doing some solos, but it always ends up the same way... With me getting bored pretty fast. I'm not that much into solos. I much prefer full team gameplays - it's just that much better to me, that much more fun.
So I thought that I might be better off recording full team gameplays. But I've seen lots of pug videos and, quite honestly, they're not much interesting. What is interesting, to me, is watching vids of games full of bsners and good players, where the team tries its best to go fast and make the game as smooth as possible. I'm not talking about speedrunning, mind you, just an easy, relaxed and standard game with some competent friends.
So this is what I thought l'd settle for. I might play normal games with lobbies full of friends and bsners, and record the gameplay in a series of vids called "A day in the life of a DrellGod". This will also give me the chance to showcase how I make some characters work, and hopefully to help some newcomers finding their own way to use them. Because quite honestly, I've been seeing a surprisingly big amount of new players hanging around here, and they're mostly (not surprisingly) unexperienced and have quite... Strange opinions. Hopefully their opinions will be a bit more informed after watching some of these vids, and they might find out how different is the gameplay in a full, competent team rather than in a pug one.
So my bsn friends, I'd like to know what you think about this. Would this be interesting to you? Would you be watching the vids? Would you be willing to help me record these by taking parts in the matches? Do you have any suggestion/criticism? Basically, any thought on the matter is appreciated!
