The important ones:
Who we killed or spared, the love interests, whether we sided with Mages or Templars, whether our characters worked to save lives or ignored this to reach their ends. What relationship had our character with people (for example wether our warden had Alistair's trust). The Architect. Fenryel. Wether we gained the respect of the Arishock. Morrigan's ritual and the boon granted after the Blight by Alistair/Anora.

What happened to Conor and what we did to Redcliffe are the big ones now that Redcliffe is semi-confirmed. If you abandoned Redcliffe the game pretty much ignored your choice, so I'd definitely like to see some recognition for that one.

My female Warden's romance with Alistair. Both survived and carried on as Grey Wardens, but that way Alistair didn't appear at all in Awakening. This was really disappointing, because at the end of the game he was actually talking about serving the Grey Wardens together in the future now, and being around each other a lot. Then I end up as a  commander and he is nowhere to be seen.
The cameo in DA2 was also veeeery short and it would be sad to have seen the last of this, after the relationship with him was such a huge factor for me throughout all my playing of DA:O and influenced a lot of my decisions.
King Alistair gets a lot of appearances everywhere, but I always thought him remaining a Grey Warden is so much more suitable. Aah well..
I still miss him.

I've got some, but I'm trying to keep it narrowed down to things I think will really effect the story.  More asteriks = greater importance it will have to the story for me. 

Who is the ruler of Ferelden?  Two Wardens, Alistiar or none? ****

 Will we be able to see the Warden King and Queen together? ***

What is up with the Warden's pick for the King of Orzammar? **

The future of Faynriel.  Has his time in Tevinter changed him? **

The fate of the Dalish Clan, unless you killed them off.  If that is the case, will random members from other Dalish clans take revenge? *

The fate of Dagna.  Will the Exalted Marches still happen or does the powers of that world still have too much going on? **

Did you save Amaranthine or Vigil’s Keep? **

What happened to The Architect anyhow?  This one is a biggie. ****

Mage or Templar for Hawke. ***

Where in the world is Anders the apostate?  Regardless of outcome, there should be a mention of his actions and if he's with Hawke or not. **

Speaking of which...

The choosen LIs from the two games standing beside the Warden and Hawke. *

Isabella.  You like big boats and cannot lie.  Is she coming back?  And will she "know" the Inquistor like she did for (some players) Warden and Hawke? **

What is the Qunari up to?  Did Kirkwall affect future plans? **

Other companions, except for Varric.  What of their lives afterward? *

That's just my opinon, and all I can think of at the moment.

Edit: I thought of one.  Is Bodhan alive still?  He's getting up there.  Also, I wonder what the great tear in the Veil is going to do to Sandal.  This is going to effect him too.

Never did the proposition Gheyna thing.Thought it was undignified.If you were a male and Gheyna becomes pregnant however, it becomes a whole different story.
We assume that the other origins we don't play fail, that if you play as a coulsland that the dwarf origin characters get exiled and killed, the city elf origin characters get killed by the city watch or the demerim teryn's son, forget his name,that the darkspawn kill the dalish origin characters and so on.And likewise for the other origins.But we don't know that.
Be fun if that wasn't true in all cases, that if you were the city elf  origin that the cousland heir somehow erscaped from Highever, stuff like that and that your Inquisitor encountered that alternate person in DAI.

from origins i let architect live, saved both amaranthine and the vigil keep, choose balen as king, destroyed the anvil, freed the werewolf curse, did the dark ritual, king alister married with anora, made loghain a grey warden, i set free the circle in ferelden, oh wait my character was a bastard and i uploaded the save where i ended up the game sleeping with both liliana and morrigan and i have them both with 100%approval and both in love, and of course the dlc witch hunt where my character tracked down morrigan and went to the other side of the gate with her.

from DA2 hawke's side (mage), isabela's fate since my char was in romance with her (completed the romance), i killed ander's in favor of sebastian, hope that is important, sided with that crazy blood mage elf merril, i want to know what she will do now...

All of those seem like great points of emphasis but to answer Isabella knowing the Inquisitor? I doubt it since she is either with Hawke or gone somewhere else or The Inquisitor will run into and say, "Hey, I think I had sex with you."

That didn't come out the way I wanted it. 

I was more referring to if she joins the party and if they reference her as at least traveling with the Warden and with Hawke.  I was also wondering if she would be a LI again, or if it's "not like that."

That's basically it.

I believe either Asunder or the comics has talked about what Sten is up to now.  I'm avoiding listing the spoilers I've read, but suffice to say he's been around in supplimentary material.
