I would too but there is no clear indication of marriage, romancing Morrigan leans towards marriage if you did Witch Hunt and went with her but Leliana's romance didn't necessarily hint at marriage but I would like my Warden's to have gotten married.

Umm...everyone dies. And considering the taint takes about thirty years to do it, that's a long time for the Warden to be with their love.

The bulk of it should spawn from da2.

Warden/hawke:
the fate of the warden and hawke should be left vague as well as any details about thier travels and even thier love interests.
the only exception would be if by some chance any of the old li party members return as party members. Then it would be vague with respect to the warden/hawke but allow the new protagonist to have th option to alter that but still leaving the warden/hawke vague.

the da2 decisions I think should carry over:

isabella and the quanari book, 
mage/Templar favorings (obviously). 
The elf living with the dalish (Mage)
the eluvian
wherher or not you completed any party members personal mission.

hakes brother/sister should apper

I would like to say more da2 decisions but that game was largely forgettable for the most part so maybe to focus a bit less on small quest outcomes having a major impact and throw them in as Easter eggs.

I don't care who's on what throne or who's dead or not.
I just want a reference to who shagged whom.

I could image a quest "search for the father" where you have to figure out who fathered Isabela's son. A quest with lots of cameos.

No indication Gaider intends for any companions other than Morrigan from DAO to have any children.
Since Isabela was in a book with Alistair, it's possible she may be used again, and a child would only slow her down
