I have defeated okku and talked to Sheva and have the journal entry for ally in the veil.  However when I go to the veil Magda will not initiate dialog with me no matter how many times I click on her.  She just stands there faces me and nothing is said.
I can not find any resolution to this problem.  Does anyone have ideas?
