I recently reinstalled this game on my new computer because I just wanted to play around with mods. (it didn't look that good on the old one either but my new one has a processor that can keep up) It looks a little worse than the 360 version and I have everything at maxed settings. :3 Can I fix it with mods? It's playable but just annoying lol

What GPU do you have and what resolution are you running?

OK that card was midrange from a couple of years ago. (At least you didn't say integrated Intel crap!) I don't have any experience with it, but I think it should handle 1440x900.
One thing to be sure: is 1440x900 the native resolution of your monitor? If not, run the game at native - it will look much better.

If your card is the one with GDDR3, doesn't look like it has a lot memory, so you might want to dial down the texture settings.
