the "deep" meaning is that Shep "you" are put into a position of a god. but you only have 3 choices... Destory synthetic life, take over the "gods" (reapers) and control/direct them the way you see fit. or 3 change all of organic life to be synthetic organic cyborg hybrid things, and all synthtic life is all given a "heart" like the tin man in Wizard of Oz.
I'm still highly cynical of the ending. As you can see. But at least the rage is gone now.
Honestly its just you standered ABC ending of Deus Ex. (kinda sad that they copied it) if they where trying to pay homage to it I could forgive it but i dunno the way it was presented not so much.
Can anyone give a positive mindset that justifies the endings?
