Anyone have any idea if the PC is killed by darkspawn before they are rescued by Flemeth? Taking multiple arrows leads me to believe both the PC and Alistair are killed, and Flemeth simply uses Revival or the apostate equivalent during the healing process. Just looking for other views on this. All Morrigan says is that there was no damage Flemeth could not fix-whatever that means.

Dragon age lore (codex) states that the dead are dead, no bringing them back. When Wynne (or any other spirit healer) casts the revival, it's restoring them to consciousness (in game terms they've been KO'ed). I think the PC and Alistair were wounded, severely, but not so much Flemeth couldn't fix it. Would have been cool though to see her swoop down in dragon form or as a giant eagle and rescue the wardens.

Yes, but that same Codex also states that there's some wiggle room between alive and dead. A really powerful mage can bring someone back from what would be described in modern terms as "clinical death," assuming that they aren't metaphysically dead.
