Can the whole process of redeeming codes for preorder bonus content (armors, Cerberus card) be done on Xbox 360 alone, without using a PC?

If it's the same as Dragon Age, then yes. You log into your ea account (the 'cerberus network') from in-game, and add your codes there, as well as collector's armor if you have it. Doing it on this website is just an alternate option.
