I recently came across something disturbing while replaying Mass Effect 1 and I'm of the belief that it could possibly alter the very fabric of the Mass Effect universe as we know it!
But beware, if this becomes common knowledge it would have a dire affect on Mass Effect 2 and 3, specifically the relationship between Shepard and Cerberus.

Even if he was alive, what exactly would it matter? It would hardly change much.
(It's also a glitch in the game, you can see that on many character models in Mass Effect and other games when they die.)

Actually something this reminded me of, if you do a renegade interrupt on Vendetta after "killing" Kai Leng, as Shepard is walking out Kai starts to move and watches you leave. Glitch or put in place for possible future use?
