You've played the Legacy of Kain series haven't you? or at least watched the cutscenes online?
No and no, though I know Simon Templeman is in there as the titular character, correct?

@Ryzaki: Meh, since I don't know Cullen's involvement with the story, I can't say what dialogue he should appropriately have.
At the very least, have him supporting Justinia V who is a moderate. That would be a start to showing he's not on either extreme side and feels something over the incident in Kirkwall.Silfren wrote...

I gotta ask, TEWR. If you had to choose between Merrill and Loghain, which wouldja pick?

Cannot choose one. I pick both. Kinky times commence.

I certainly wouldn't mind it, but that's just what I figure. Hilariously though, if he's in his mid-late fourties, he's really not all that much older than Cassandra.eluvianix wrote...

You convinced me it's the Grey Warden. First off, he's human, so it's low risk for appealing to newcomers to the series or just returning fans who don't have any ah... unique proclivities. Plus, the fact that he'll be facing the Calling sooner than later seems like the best potential for drama that isn't forced... I know zero about any of the other characters, but if I had to pick 2 at this point from those we do know, I'd bet money on Cullen and the Grey Warden. Dorian just doesn't stand out yet. Not sure about him.eluvianix wrote...

@Silfren - Varric seems like he might get the short end of the stick. If we only have 2 males, and one of them is almost guaranteed to be Cullen... would Bioware take their chances on a dwarf LI being the only other choice? I only see him being an LI if we have 6 total, but then he and Iron Bull are kind of neck and neck... not sure which one is more likely.
And does anyone know anything about Vivienne other than the fact that she's an aequitarian Circle mage? I might just go with her simply because I'm tired of high maintenance LIs. And she's a mage, which is a bonus.
Then who do you think the other male LI is, if we get Cullen and there are only 4 total?
That is true. And in my biased eyes, he is a lot more attractive than Cassandra.HiroVoid wrote...

He does the voice as Kaine though Raziel gets just as much screen time if not more in the series. Both of them are absolutely brilliant though, and the dialogue is very shakespearien and play-like in that every line seems to come off as very dramatic. The Ethereal Writer Redux wrote...

I can't see Iron Bull either since I don't believe the average female player would be interested in romancing a giant bull guy. I'd actually place money on Varric before I placed it on Iron Bull or the old grey warden and that's pretty much just because Varric's history in the franchise already.Silfren wrote...

What about Iron Bull? From what I'm seeing there's some noticeable interest in being able to romance him. Don't know anything about this Dorian character.

Same situation as Varric, unfortunately. IMO, humans, or even elves to some extent, are a safer bet. There just aren't enough romances to go around. I forsee Varric and Iron Bull battling for the 3rd slot if we have 3 male LIs. Otherwise, 2 humans.Silfren wrote...

See, I just don't know... the Qunari are exotic. People have been asking for this one. There's drama inherent in the idea of a Tal-Vashoth romance... but then Varric has some kind of secret regarding Bianca, and he's already well known and has a following. I can't decide.Silfren wrote...
If the choice comes down to Varric and Iron Bull, I'm SO putting in my vote for Varric. If it were actually to come down to those two, I think the popular dwarf would definitely be a safer bet than the unknown.
