I really, really want to see Varric as a romance option. For one we haven't had a Dwarf romance and two he fits the bill of being a caring lover, IMO. 

And I would love love love! to see Iron Bull as an LI. Big and muscular, that's how I like  'em. But in all seriousness, I would like to have a Tal-Vashoth nd a Dwarf as LI's because I am weary of blonde human dudes, and elves. Not that I don't like that mind you, it's just that I need something different. And those two would be a breath of fresh air.

I will put the Grey Warden as a honorable mention. Because in all fairness he is tall, ripped and ohmygod.

I am praying for six LIs. Hopefully all bi. I really do not give two sh*ts about the realism argument involving having all bi LIs. Either that, or do similar to ME3, and have two bi LIs of either gender, with one same sex romance for each gender.

So long as the Bi Lis (Rhymes) are not the "ill do anyone" type like Zevran and Isabela. Having them be more like Kaidan or Liara, where you don't exactly expect it is better. Forgetting Liara is Asari and treating her as a human, of course.

I think the male LI's are both unconfirmed characters at the moment. I don't see Varric being an LI unless (by some miracle) we have 6 LI's, in which case he would probably fill the female-PC exclusive role.

Eh.  My only reservation about it is I don't want it to turn into another case where the females and gay guys are stuck with crazy pro-mage and crazy pro-templar guy again.  I peronsally think an LI like Varric would personally be really cool if Varric isn't one (though I doubt it). 

As for Dorian, hopefully he'll be the most tevinter of tevinter mages possible.  He advocates the buying and getting of slaves for cheap labor, powerful spells all in the name of empowering the Inqusition.

There's always the option to not romance anyone. Yes, I'd be missing some good content but for my first playthrough I always play with the thought: "What would I do?". Doing the all lovey dovey things can always be post-poned to the next playthrough.

Aaah replayability, but I do love you so...

I want all companions as available LIs and all of them ready for both genders. I don't have time to figure out which one likes which genitals. I want whomever I want when I decide I want them.

I hope for a person with a similar personality to Duncan. He was hot. I loved how you could invite him to sleep with you as a human noble, even though he declined (probably because your father was literally standing right there, even though he doesn't say anything).

We need some older men as LI's. All of these soft little boys are dull.

Just gonna throw my opinion in on the DA2 bi-romances thing... I didn't have problem with EVERYONE being Bi, it was moreso WHY, for me. Anders and Isabella had reasons/a backstory. Fenris you could assume. But Merril? I dunno, for me, it just felt weird her being bi. I actually preferred her with a female Hawke...

As for DA:I romances... Well, as stated before (even with different writers) ME2 ans 3 had HEAPS of romance-ables. And with 9 confirmed, possinle companions, i'm sure we could manage more than 4 L.I's in DA:I.

I have 6 characters in both Origins and 2, each with different views and sexualities, so having the romances be more like ME-styles would suit me very muchly.

And as a Gaymer, give me a sexy elf guy for my Bloodmage to badoink-a-doink, and i'll be doubley happy

We had eight companions in Origins.  We had nine in DA2.  So there's no reason for having nine companions in Inquisition to make people think that 9 potential companions suddenly makes it more likely to have more than four LIs.

Aww...I can almost hear some sad music , and see a child Iron Bull walking in the rain .
He needs to tell this story with a single tear rolling down his cheek .And lots and lots of rain and sad music.Maybe a bird could land in one of his horns , and start whistling a sad tune.
