I don't think I *need* to shave at the end.  But there's a good chance I probably will.

Sadly it's official Allan isn't a LI in DAI.

My favourite questline too. Aveline's writing in those DA2 quests is one of the best parts of the game. 

(And just on the tangent before about Cole - that is seriously creepy and I'm quite disturbed by the entire idea of "teaching" him anything.)

Yeah I've gotta admit the Cole thing squicks me out too. What weirds me out even more is that I didn't realize how creepy the idea of having him as an LI was until Dave Gaider had to spell it out. I'm just going to chalk it up to the fact that I hadn't put all that much thought into having him as an LI, and leave it at that.

You must've bypassed all the pages about the male LIs due to the original misleading title.  But seriously, dude, this thread went off the rails pages ago!  Mr. Schumacher trolled everybody then stuck around to taunt 'em with his moustache.

Because the OP wanted to talk about the LIs that would be available for (straight) guys playing the game, and didn't realize that "male romance options," meant the opposite of what he intended.  He actually made that clear in the OP itself, but apparently most people didn't read anything beyond the title itself, lol

"Sera"(elf/rogue chick from concept art) seems like she would be an awesome LI/companion. Like Isabella, except without the whole havng-sex-with-anything-that-moves and more sarcasm.

I now realise how wierd and creepy it is to want Cole as a LI, I read Asunder quite a while ago so I forgot he regressed back to childhood mentally.
I'm gonna forget I ever considered wanting him as a LI, though I'd like to see him in the game as I still think he's a cool character.




Soooo.. I think Cullen, Varric and The Iron Bull would be great as LI's, but I need an Elven male for my Femelfquisitor.
Plus Elves and "the grey skins" are my favourite races.

What? He shows interest in a female Warden in the Circle. That is hardly "asexual".
