Yes, we know people spend thousands of dollars on weddings and pet funerals. That doesn't make it any less pathetic. Excuse me if I'm not impressed at this guy's contributions to humankind.

Well looking on the Fallout timeline, we're getting close to the predicted date where the wasteland is habitable and safe from radiation. Civilization is buildng back up as well.

Well, if we're talking about the same territory that the Institute inhabits, I would expect higher level of infrastructure due to their advanced technology.  Not to mention this Massechusetts actually has a government, the Commonwealth.  I'm expecting overall higher levels of civilization... And new toys.

So I've heard that radioactive materials don't change to something less harmful sooner than one million years. I don't see how Civilization can back into normal, unless some factions are actively getting rid of radioactive materials and bury them somewhere.

A big Kek to all of you that fell to the hoaxes. Anyways I doubt Bethesa would announce Fallout 4 specially with The Witcher 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition on the horizon. Might be 2015 release with an announcement in late 2014.
