Cloak, power, shoot
For non infiltrators the Vorcha Sentinel, Drell Adept and QME are pretty solid

Vorcha Sentinel. Oops, that's just one...
Three Vorcha Sentinels.
What kind of elcor speaks in human dialect? Where is your "Seriously" and "Amusingly".
This is a real elcor.
My Mom was a bit of a floozy, and mated with a Volus. It took me thirteen years to overcome my speech impediment. It was awful:
"*kssk* (sincerely) Do you *ksssk* (apologetically) sorry about the *kssk* pauses *kssk* (repeatedly) *kssk* do you *kssk* have a *kssk* (apologetically) Pardon me *kssk* (Sincerely) Do you have a throat lozenge?"

Should a kit that most BSN'ers skip a power be considered for best individual synergy (i.e. quarksman, tsol, slayer, etc.)?
If you're addressing me, I don't skip powers. BSNers can go on and on about one kit being op, or the other, but who cares? What's fun is fun. Plus, if they're really that bothered, they should not take consumables into the match. Then they can balance themselves, without gimping the kit.

I'd considered posting the destroyer, and forgot I'd changed my mind. Based on that mismemory it seemed likely you were talking primerily to me, since I did post the quarksman. I'm not mad, I'm just saying that I consider them to have good synergy because I do use the powers.
I can't speak for other BSNers though. I can see where you're coming from, after reading that thread on unsual builds.

Which power? Sabotage?
Also on topic: GI, base human adept, Batarian slasher. Also maybe the Drell Assassin since neither homing grenades nor recon mine break cloak. I also wanted to mention these guys:
- Quarksman: He's better than the Tsol IMO unless you're talking about a gun that has a serious stability problem (e.g. hurrican or revenant). The reason being that he has a better debuff that has a shorter cool-down. Sabotage isn't great on him though.
- QMI: He doesn't really have great synergy, but all of his powers are indvidually really really good.
- N7 Paladin: I'm given to understanded that his cryo explosions are glitched, and I don't base my opinions on glitches or unexpected problems that arise from latency, so what I'm going to say is disregarding such glitches. His cryo explosions are awesome since both cryo explosion and incinerate get a bonus towards chilled enemy damage. Also all of his powers detonate each other, as long as the enemy is shielded.
